Mitsubishi Repair: Car wont start, air fuel ratio, fuel management system

Question
I have a 98 Eclipse RS I just had the motor rebuilt it now has Eagle H beam rods, Wiseco 10.5:1 Pistons, Crane stage one cams, AEM cam gears, and a complete valve job.... I put the motor into the car and hooked up all of the lines and put the fluids in it.... I then went to start it and the engine will turn over and start sputtering like it is getting ready to start but just wont get all the way there... I have checked the spark plugs and by the looks of them it looks as if only the #3 cylinder is wantin to fire.... Do you know of any cause for this and what all should i look at and how can i fix each of those problems... Thanx any help will be appreciated.

Answer
Check your WIRING HARNESS to ignition coil and the connector at the coil, then check your spark on each plug wire, buy sticking a flat head in the boot touching metal to metal and then hold close to  cylinder head and try to start car...make sure you see spark on each wire..this is your SPARK..make sure Spark is good and firing..if not start trooblethooting why you have no spark!!..also make sure battery is good and starter is good....both can be checked at Auto Zone for FREE..also make sure your air/fuel ratio is balanced and timing is set right...if you can afford it... after a rebuild like this, its good to get a fuel management system and put the car on a DYNO and get it tuned!
