Mitsubishi Repair: runs full rich at partial throttle, spark plug gap, air fuel ratio

Question
I have a 95 eclipse non turbo - manual. While driving down the highway, the engine will stutter. WOT it runs fine, but partial throttle not so much. I have an autometer o2 meter hooked up to what the computer "sees" and the meter reads full rich (one green bar on the right). What might cause this? Both o2 sensors have been replaced.

Answer
Any engine lights??  This could be a spark problem, or your IAC..Try to lower your spark plug gap and then try increasing gap...any missfire? This could also be a fuel problem..try running some LUCAS injector cleaner from Auto Zone...If your having engine lights go to web site below to help troubleshoot. When you run rich...it means your air/fuel ratio is not balanced!
