HOW HARD IS IT TI REPLACE THE CLUTCH ASSEMBLY
THE CLUTCH PEDAL IS FLAT BUT HYDRALIC PISTON IS INGUAGING. THE TRANSMISSIONSEEMS TO GO THRU THE GEARS BUT WILL NOT MOVE THE CAR AT ALL EVEN WITH THE CAR STARTED IN GEAR

Replacing a clutch assembly is pretty difficult.  You should check your master cylinder and slave (release) cylinder.  But installing a new clutch requires dropping the tranny down by removing its mount.  But if you have lots of experience working on a car, the actual factory service manual, and plenty of time, you could handle this.  You can even check this site for general references:

If you do attempt to replace the clutch yourself, inspect your release fork when you're in there, and be sure to replace your transmission fluid with the recommended fluid type and quantity.
