Mitsubishi Repair: 1990 mitsubishi galant es/tail lights, mitsubishi galant, dash lights

Question
On my galant the tail lights nor inside dash lights do not come on but the brake lights dash lights come on when I depress the brake pedal. I have changed fuses yet the problem still persists, I have no tail lights causing inability to drive at night!

Answer
Wayne,
This can happen when you have a bulb that has burned out.  Have someone step on your brake pedal and put on your turn signals while you watch.  You may be able to tell which bulb has burned out.  If that's the case, replace the bulb and see if your dash lights come back on.  Be sure to check the front turn signals as well.  If you cannot find any burned out bulbs yourself, take your car to a mechanic ASAP to diagnose the problem for both yours and other drivers safety.
Good luck!
