Mitsubishi Repair: 98 Eclipse left turn signal stays on., turn signal switch, left turn signal

98 Eclipse,2.0 Gs, Auto. If I pull the fuse for the signal it stops. Four way still works Ok. Checked Bulbs and look ok. Is this the turn signal handle on colum or turn signal unit?

The most common cause for this problem is a faulty turn signal switch; which is in the turn signal handle.  The wire may have fraid, and is now shorting and this can cause the signal to stay on.  You should have the switch inspected to find out if that indeed is the problem.  If it is the problem you may be able to have it repaired, or you can buy a new switch.
