Question
i have just installed a new pvc valve on my car but now the car has lose power now it wont exceed speed of over 40 mph what can be done to solve this matter

Answer
Dante,
I've installed PCV valves that have caused my engine to idle very poorly.  It turned out to be a bad valve.  If you bought an aftermarket PCV valve from an auto parts store, you might have gotten a bad one.  I would recommend going right to the parts department at a Mitsu dealerhsip and get a new one.  Even from the dealership, they're only about $5.  Be sure the line that goes from the PCV valve to the manifold is not leaking or clogged.  If you have a small pipe cleaner, be sure the nipple on the manifold is clear from any debris.  Check around the valve cover where the PCV valve screws in for any cracks.  Sometimes the aftermarket PCV valves are a little too wide or long can cause your valve cover to crack.
Good luck!
