Mitsubishi Repair: 95 Eclipse very low power accelerating, torque converter, tps sensor

Question
i have a 95 eclipse. It has a new engine block, transmission, PCM, TCM , TPS sensor, MAP sensor, Spark Plugs, Ignition Coil, Alternator Belt, Power Steering Belt, Fuel Filter, AIt Sensor, and just finished fixing timing, yet it still has a very low acceleration power, its kinda walking in my car and then as rpms go up the car picks up, I have spent a fortune and it still is very slow please help with some insite.

Answer
Edgar,
You've replaced just about everything, but it sounds like your transmission is not kicking down to lower gears to get your car up to speed.  Or it is also possible your torque converter is not performing as it should.  You may want to have a transmission shop inspect the transmission again, and it's torque converter.  Hopefully they'll discover the transmission is all right, but you should at least confirm if there anything there that is working improperly.
Good luck!
