Question
I have a '95 Eclipe, 2.0, GS, non-turbo, manual. It wont start at all. No lights, sounds, NOTHING. Battery is good. Please help

Answer
Rick,
If you do not even see dash lights come on when you turn the key to the ON or ACC position, this may indicate a blown ignition fuse or other fusible links.  You can inspect your fuses that are located near your battery.  If your car's computer detected a serious problem (e.g. your fuel pump is malfunctioning) it will blow your ignition fuse and possibly others to prevent the car from doing anything.  Check your fuses and see if you see any blown ones.  If you find a blown one, replace it with a new one, and that new one blows too, that usually means there is a more serious problem and you should have the car towed to a mechanic for a thorough inspection.
Good luck!
