Mitsubishi Repair: No Start, injector pulse, ground signal

Question
I have a 1990 montero 3.0 automatic trans.
The vehicle does not start due to no injector pulse. We have 12-volts to the injectors but no ground signal from the ECM. If you keep cranking and stoping it will eventually get a pulse signal and start after about five minutes.
I cannot find a flow chart for this. The ECM seems to have all the proper inputs.
Any suggestions would be helpful.
Thanks
Dave

Answer
Dave,
These types of strange, intermittent problems can be caused by the ECM itself.  Read this article for further information:

If your ECM is faulty, it will cause these types of problems.  I would recommend pulling your ECM and visually examine it.  You may find the problem there.  And if not, you can at least rule that out.
Good luck!
