Mitsubishi Repair: Bolt sizes for belt pulley, crank?, crank pulley, type bolts

Question
95 mitsubishi Galant

Hi, the other night I was pulling out from work + my belts
slipped off (alternator belt etc...

I was putting them back on + when I started it again,
they slipped off once again. after closer inspection
I noticed that the "wheel" or "crank" that the belts
go on was loose + that the bolts had fallen off of it.

Its the "crank" (or whatever its called) that is closest
to the ground underneath the rest. the lowest "crank"
or "pulley" that has two belts that go on it.

Can you please help me out + let me know
what size + type bolts? screws? go on it.

I dont have any that I can use for reference because they
all are missing. I really cant afford to take it to a shop,
+ I think its something I can fix myself. but I could
really use your help on this.

If you can help please respond ASAP.
I would like to fix it today.

thanks so much.

Have a great day.

Answer
David,
Unfortunately, not even the parts guide nor the service manual tells of the bolt size.  For something as specific and vital as your crank pulley bolts, I would highly recommend you visit your local Mitsubishi dealership and order new bolts from them.  There's a good chance they have them in stock.  Just head over to the parts department, and have your VIN ready.  They will be able to get you the exact bolts you need, and it won't be much (if any) more expensive than running around to local hardware to try to find bolts that match.  I'd also suggest you ask the guys at your parts department if they could let you know the torque specs on those bolts.  That will help prevent this from happening again.
Good luck!
