Answer
Justin,
You should test the eletrical harnesses on the injectors.  If they are not receiving proper voltage, they will not open.  Also, double check your MPI fuse near your battery.  If that is blown, your injectors will not fire.  You should scan your car's computer for trouble codes to see if it finds any faults.  If the ECU is detecting a problem with the cam angle sensor, for example, it will prevent the injectors from firing.  Also, if the MAS is detected to be allowing too much air entering the engine, the injectors will be disabled to prevent detenation.

Older Eclipse, and other Mitsubishis, had a problem with the ECU itself where capacitors on the board would leak and cause all sorts of problems.  It couldn't hurt to pull the ECU and examine it.  But as long as your oil pump is primed (e.i., you did not remove and replace your oil pump gears prior to this problem happening), you shouldn't be hurting any internals.  You will know if your injectors open if you see and smell fuel on your spark plugs.  That can foul your plugs, and you'll need to replace them.  If your problem truly is that your injectors are not working, you shouldn't have this problem.

Do not try to turn over the engine more than 10 seconds in a row.  It can burn out the starter.  Allow the starter to cool down at least a minute after a long turn over to be sure it cools properly.
Good luck!
