Mitsubishi Repair: Starts some times., mitsubishi mirage, coolent

I have a 1990 mitsubishi mirage that will not start some of the time but if you wait it will start sooner or later. When it does start it runs
bad ontil it gets warmed up.It is 1.5 engine that
is leaking oil from the timing belt area and some
coolent also there is about 130,000 miles on it.

You have a possible starter problem which is wornout due to the silonoid going bad or the fuel pressure is low and needs checking the best way to find that is do a diagnois test on it amnd that will trace the problem down,I dont think the coolant and oil has anything to do with your starting problem even though those 2 things are just minor to fix
