MY PROBLEM IS THAT MY MOTOR IS LAGING IT HAPPENS WHEN FLORING THE ACCELERATOR, AND IT BOOST BUT IT BEARLY MOVES. IT FEELS LIKE IF THE POWER DROPS

Answer
Doug,
Remove and clean your intercooler.  Over time, oil can accumulate in your intercooler due to the breather hose allowing oily air into your turbo intake hose, and it settles in your intercooler.  Remove it and flush it with carb cleaner, rubbing alcohol, or gasoline.  Gasoline may clean it best, but can be dangerous if you're not careful.

Also check all your intake hoses for leaks.  Cleaning your throttle body, throttle body elbow, and EGR valve may help as well.  If you have a service manual, you'll be able to perform all these things yourself.  Most auto parts stores sell a manual for your car.
Good luck!
