Mitsubishi Repair: Noise, mitsubishi eclipse, fresh oil

Mitsubishi Eclipse, 2.0L, GS, Auto
I was on my way to work this moring and stoped at a gas station to get a donut. i shut the car off and went in. Then when i came out and started it it had a ticking noise to it. it only makes the noise on the deceloration their is no noise a idle. when you turn the the a/c on itr gets worse

You may have a drive belt or idler pulley problem.  If you have 60,000 miles or more on your belts, you should have them replaced.

Your problem could also be valve noise or lifter noise.  This can be caused by lack of engine oil or dirty engine oil.  Check your engine oil level, and change it with a fresh oil filter if your oil looks dirty.  If you live in an area where the weather is starting to get very cold, you should be sure to use 5W-30 engine oil.  A fresh oil change may be all you need.
