Answer
Jacinto,
The only 2002 6 cylinder engine I'm aware of in the Eclipse is 3.0L size engine.  The 4 cylinder engines are 2.4L.

But regardless of engine size, your front rotors should simply slide off the lug bolts once the caliper is out of the way.  But it's not uncommon for a rotor to get stuck on the hub.  On my last brake change on my Eclipse, I needed a sledge hammer (literally) to remove my rotors.  Unfortunately, it destroyed my rotors and I had to buy new ones.  But if your rotors are so stuck on your hubs, then you'll probably want to replace them anyway once you get them off.  They may be too warped to even resurface them.  So, if you can afford new rotors, feel free to use some extra force on your rotors to remove them.  If you have a service manual available, be sure to study it carefully for any additional tips on removing your rotors.

Once you do replace your rotors, put some anti-seize compound on the lug bolts to prevent your rotors and other components to seize up again.
Good luck!
