Mitsubishi Repair: engine near stalls, leaky capacitors, vacuum lines

I have a 1993 mirage hatch, has 4g92 injected engine,and a 4 speed auto trans,  fault is when reverse or drive is selected, or the vehicle is brought to a complete stop the engine near stalls (oil light flashes) momentarerly, then is ok again, the check engine light stays on as well has code 41 in it, have also changed those leaky capacitors on the ecu of the engine controler only

Thats very odd,Have you tried having the fuel filter replaced  and also adding fuel injection cleaner to clear out the fuel line of possible debris? That would help a whole lot and check your vacuum lines make sure they aren't broke or cracked or that will cause the problem as well
