Mitsubishi Repair: car will not start, mitsubishi eclipse, starter relay

hi there i have a 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse, 2.0L, GST, manual. the problem with my car is that it will not start i turn the key and i see all the gauage lights turn on normal but engine does not start. i thought it was the starter so i replaced it with a new one and a new battery and still nothing. i had some friends push it as i pressed the clutch and shift it in to gear and that gets it started. but when i turn it off and try to turn it it on without pushing it it would not start.could you help me with this.

If you can turn your key, but the engine doesn't even turn over, then you may have a bad starter relay.  You may also have a problem in your ignition switch or ignition fusible link.  If you can turn your key and your engine will turn over, but does start, you may have a problem with your flywheel.  Have these items checked.
