Mitsubishi Repair: Auto Repair Help, vent gas, gas caps

Question
1991 Eagle Talon non Turbo. 2.0L Manual transmission.
My question is why my car won't start after it rains all day. When conditions are dry it starts fine and runs great.I've replaced the spark-plugs and wires but had no luck with that. Can you tell me what to try next?

Answer
Tom,
Try a bottle of Dry Gas.  You can buy it at just about any store or gas station that sells auto supplies.  It sounds as if you have a gas tank vent that has somehow opened allowing rainwater to get in.  Check all vent gas hoses to if any are split or disconnected.  Also, check the gas fill pipe for a leak.  Inspect your gas caps for any cracks or tears in the gas cap gasket.
Good luck!
