1997 Mitsubishi Spyder Turbo Automatic

The check engine light came on and when I took it to the dealer they told me that I needed to replace the cylanoid.  That did not correct the problem.  The code is 1350 and I can't seem to find anyone that knows what that code refers to..thanks!

Bobby,
The generic code explaination for a 1350 code reading is Ignition Primary/Secondary circuit.  Basically, the code is indicating an ignition system problem, such as a misfire.  The ECU threw such a generic code because it does not know exactly what or where in the ignition system is causing the problem.  It could be anything from a bad spark plug to a damaged ignition coil pack.  I'm not sure why the dealership couldn't tell you this, but you may want to take your care elsewhere to have the ignition system inspected.
Good luck!

Answer
Bobby,
The 1750 code refers to a 'Shift Solenoid A' malfunction.  You had mentioned that a soleniod was replaced, but perhaps the mechanic either installed it incorrectly, or replaced the wrong one.  Basically that code refers to your computer detecting a problem in your transmission when it's shifting.  You should have it inspected again for transmission problems.
Good luck!
