I'm not sure if I understand your question that well.  But if by "fin" you mean a spoiler, then there are few places you can find one.  If you're looking to get a stock spoiler, the only places that you may find those are auto salvage yards, eBay, and of course the dealership.   If you're looking for an aftermarket spoiler, eBay auctions off many varieties, so you may want to check that site first.  There are not too many aftermarket spoilers available for the older Eclipses, but there are a few out there.
