90 galant: wouldnt re-start after a long hiway drive.after cooling off for 1 hour or so started right up.

There might be a problem with your car's computer.  Read this article for further information:

The capacitor leaks are corrosive, and will eat through the circuit board, eventually resulting in total failure of the ECU, and a car that won't run at all.  What you're experiencing may be the beginning signs of this.  You may also have a problem with your starter.  If your starter is getting too hot from a long drive, it may be seizing up until it cools down.  At least have the ECU inspected first before you have a mechanic start checking random items.  It may save you time and money in labor costs.
