Motorcycle Repair: cb92 carb jets.

Question
I have a 1962 CB92 which I have refurbished. The carb was missing its jets so i need some information on the jets.
The bike came new with this carb fitted. The bike was sold new in South Australia.
The carb is labeled PW20 HOV with the 20 stamped out and an 18 stamped underneath. The carb is the rounded bowl type. The power jets are the thin cylindrical type , not the main jet style.
I have the power and main jets 200,160,85 and the pilot jet 35.
I have a slide with a 2mm cutaway.
I am missing the emulsion tube (jet holder) and needle.
I have tried various jet holders and needles from C92 , cb 175 k0 and cb160.
I am getting close to getting it right but it would help a lot if I could get info on the tube and the needle.
I have fitted a new needle jet from a Keyster KH0010 kit.
The mufflers are the original repaired units. (correct back pressure)
Any ideas.

Pre-NPS Honda carb she
Roger,

My scan of the carb tag for a CB92 appears to show a 1.5mm cutaway slide, not 2.0 (might be right for a 20mm carb, though. I have verified that the part number for the slide converts to a 2.0 dimension.

I have seen those 18/20 restamped carbs in the past.   #35/85 would be the right idle/main jet combo.

That would certainly cause issues right off-idle.....

Other numbers are:

16139-205-004 jet holder

16151-205-004 for the jet needle

16133-205-004 is the needle jet

16141-205-004 is for the throttle valve/slide

There is a dedicated CB92 group on FB as a subgroup of the VJBC (Vintage Japanese Bike Club).
