Is it possible to apply car alarm system features to two Wheelers?.

Yes.But not much of them.
I would go with a fused link from battery to a key switch.
A keyswitch to a shakerbox relay (motion sensor) connected to the lights and horn on the
2 wheeler.
Or the relay can energize a siren or what ever you prefer.
Other features can be added. Maybe 2 shaker boxes. 1 horizontal and 1 vertical
so they can sence movement in any direction.
And I imagine you can have that one installed where they can track your
Ride.Motion Sensor lighting is Good where you have it Stored or parked.
