My turn signal lights work as driving lights but quit blinking, sometimes they work intermittently,  and now my tail lights also quit working, with foot and hand brake? Could both problems be linked together, or are they simply two different issues

Hello Tom,

Most probably, both problems are due to poor ground.
Take a piece of wire (1-1.5 meter) and directly connect battery minus (-) to the multi-connector
green wire, located in the headlight (both front turn signal ground connect to it).

Do this check and get back to me with results.
