Motorcycle Repair: CA 77 Engine part

Pin   Hello.  Was doing a quick clean of my 1965 ca77 motor when I found this in the tub.  Both side cases were off.  I know that its not the clutch oil guide.  Can you help?   Thanks  Tom

Tom, the part is the small guide pin that goes on the end of the oil filter shaft, next to the thrust washer. It keeps the shaft from turning and must be installed so that it fits in the recess in the outer oil filter cover.
