Motorcycle Repair: fuel overflow

i have a problem with fuel coming out of my overfill tube. seems that the needle valve is working properly and it still seems to be overflowing please help. the bike runs and 7sh6qfuel still comes out of the overfill tube while running or not

Start bike and when the fuel comes out the over flow tube keep bike running and shut off fuel petcock. Keep bike running until you start to hear the bike starting to dye. Then turn the petcock back on. If it starts to run fuel out the vent tube. Do it again buy shuting off the fuel until the bike starts to dye again. Then turn the petcock on again. If this does not work. Then change out the needle and seat. Also the check the float level.
