You will need to round up the repair kit, a rear gasket for the case, a water pump seal, new oil and filter, any shaft seals and a LOT of patience. In addition you need a flywheel puller tool, such as: MP#17 18 mm x 1.5 Special bolt hollow center bore (Motion Pro)

Notes from the site:

CX650 Turbo "Quadruple Bypass"
Starter Clutch Torx Bolts- This is an engine out repair.
In addition to the Triple Bypass on CX500 models, the Starter Clutch Torx Bolts MUST be replaced on the CX650's. No one is sure exactly why these fail so often on all CX650 models, but the general consensus is that the heavier engine components seem to put more strain on the starter.
All CX650 Engines (turbo and naturally aspirated) are prone to "kick back" on the starter clutch, and the Torx Bolts tend to back out or even sheer.
*Note: Once Torx Bolts have been removed, they cannot be reused.

As stated in the links, you will have to pull the motor, then the rear case stuff, rear case and then the flywheel to access the starter clutch parts.
