Motorcycle Repair: instrument cluster, yamaha r1, glass bulb

Question
The light on the cluter for the blinkers dont work light is blown. Took apart but not sure how to get bulb out. Does it pull staight out? Do you need any kind of special tool to get out? Bike is a 1999 yamaha r1.    Thanks!

Hi Jeff,

Usually the bulbs just push in and pull straight out of the holders.
Just wiggle it a bit and pull, the bulb should come
out unless it is very tight. The base is just
wires bent around the glass bulb end.

The bulb holders are the type that turn slightly and then pull out.
The bulbs just pull straight out of the holders
