Motorcycle Repair: turn signals., turn signals, signal module

QUESTION: 1998 flht
My turn signals dont work.
First the left one quit, then the right one.the bulbs are good.

I was told by the local HD mechanic that it was the turn signal module. I replaced that. That made no change.

The front signals flash when I turn on the hazzard lights, but the rears don't . There is voltage in the wires to the rear turn signals with the hazard lights on at the connector. (test light flashes) But the lights don't flash.

I have not put a ohm meter on the bulbs yet, but I did replace all of the bulbs!

ANSWER: What year and model? Do you have stock turn signals?

QUESTION: it is a 1998 Flht. the turn signals are stock.

If you have voltage in the wires, but its not flashing then check the inside of the bulb socket and make sure its not corroded and make sure you have a good ground. I would use a test light at the socket and see if you get anything
