Motorcycle Repair: carb problems on a 2003 big bear 400, 4weeler, fuel filter

when i start my 4weeler up and turn the chock off it idles fine but i hit the throttle it boggs down and dies sometimes back fiers wat do i do?

Stephen, It sounds like the jets are plugged in the carb.The carb will need to come off and be cleaned and adjusted. It could be dirt or a piece of debris plugging the jets. Unless you have added an inline fuel filter between the tank and carb they dont come with one from the factory.
