Motorcycle Repair: 1982 Yamaha xj750rj (Seca 750) front brake, kroil, partslist

How do you recommend getting a front master cylinder piston out to rebuild the cylinder? The piston is seized in the master cylinder and I can't get it to break loose, let alone come out.

Gabe, I wrestled with one from a Honda for about an hour, not long ago.

Soak it with Seafoam, Kroil or PB Blaster for awhile. There is a cool, non-toxic product out now called Evapo-Rust, which is citrus based and works pretty well for any kinds of rusted parts.

I just found the diagram on-line...  Holy @#$%@%#$  what the heck is that thing?
