Motorcycle Repair: 2007 dyna no spark to rear cylinder, rear cylinder, rear coil

QUESTION: hi there wonder if you can help me , i have a clean low milage 2007 street bob , that has no spark to the rear cylinder, but starts and runs great otherwise! the coil is ok, i have fuel and good compression but cant trace the fault. i tried removing the v&h fuelpack and it still happens. show error codes p1355 rear coil high/shorted efi, b1141 ignition switch open/low, and u1064 lossof tsm, tssm serial data efi/ instruments and pn numbers 32920 -07 , 68925-07 and 67480-04a.am absolutely baffled , and miles away from nearest dealer, who just dont seem interested. hope you can help, thanks

ANSWER: SInce you know you have a good coil then do you have power to it?

Answer
Without being about the run a dianostic on the ECM I would check all connectons and wiring for nicks and not plugged in all the way. If you dont find anything then you would need to have the TSM tested as well as the ECM. You might have a bad Cam Position Senser which would cause the problem.
