Motorcycle Repair: Light bar, blinkers, fatboy

Question
Got a light bar for 99 fatboy.  Do I take off the old bar blinkers and wire the new ones and spotlights into that wire set, or into the headlight, or both?  Where do I start?

To make the job look better I would follow the wires to the junction where they are wired in and connect them there. You would also be using the new wire instead of the old brittle wire.
I wouls start by removing the old light bar and just cutting the old wires then follow them to see where they are wired in
