Motorcycle Repair: Oil in coolant, blown head gasket, pressure testers

Hey Gary, I'm going to be buying my first bike and I've found a few picks one of those picks has oil in the coolant I'm wondering of the severity of this issue and a round about of the cost and parts I would need.Oh it is 1998 cbr600 f3.

Edwin. Just a word of caution. This could be a simple seal between the water pump that needs replaced and could be a little as $100.00 or could be a crack in a cylinder or a blown head gasket or even worse a cracked cylinder head. Unless you have the problem checked out as to pinpoint the true problem, I would stay away from this one unless you can get it for almost free and you have a lot of money to burn because it burn you before its fixed. There are pressure testers to help in locating the problem.
