I WORKING ON A MANCO TALON 4X4 AND IT CRANK OVER BUT IT WONT START .CHECK FOR SPARK AND CHECK OK ,CHECK FOR FUEL AND IT COMING OUT PUMP GOING IN TO CARB.

Daniel, If you have checked for spark and checked for fuel the the next step would be check compression and valve adjustment.A lot of these units suck the intake valves up into the head and the valve lash clearance is lost. Pull the valve cover and check the clearance  with the motor cool and the piston is at TDC and the timing mark is in the timing window. Set the intake at .004 thousanths and the exhaust at .006 thousanths this may help.
