Motorcycle Repair: FXDL Fuel Vent Problem, oil mixture, oil tank

Question
I have a 2003 FXDL 88ci carb, all stock. I "believe" that the fuel vent that is located under the speedometer is clogged.  No air can be blown or sucked from the tube on top of the fuel tank.  I "believe" this is causing a secondary problem of pushing fuel down into the engine, which then ends up in the oil tank.  When starting the bike, a nasty fuel/oil mixture is forced out the breather tubes at the air filter, and quite a lot comes out before the bike cuts off.  I have attempted to clear out the vent using some sturdy but thin wire with no success.  I have also tried to pull out using vacuum, but it will not pass.  Lastly, trying to force 120psi of air into the vent is met with no result, leading me to "believe" that its clogged.
My question at this point is, how do I fix this?  The fuel take is all one piece and I cannot see anyway to get inside of it to remove the vent.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Answer
That is not a vent. Yur bike is vented through your gas cap. If you are getting fuel into your oil it is  from the petcock leaking through while the bike is not running and the float not shutting off the fuel. Pull your dipstick and smell it. If you are getting gas in your fuel you should smell gas in the oil
Good luck and happy riding
