Motorcycle Repair: 85 Harley FXWG ignition switch, switch accessories, brake switch

Hi Mike:
I am trying to trouble shoot a new to me wide glide. Which lights are supposed to come on at each setting on the switch. This is what I am getting.
"Lights": Tach light - on, Headlight - off, Tail & directionals - off, but come on with switches.
"Ignition": Tach - on, Head - off, Tail - on Always (no difference with pressing brakes), directionals - on with switch.
"Accessories": Tach - on, Head - on, Tail - on always, Directionals - on and blink with switch.

I cant figure out the brake light to be on when running and brighten with brakes.

Ignition should be no lights at all, but the brake light should work
Lights should have all lights on
Acc. should have lights on but no power to ignition
If your brake light is on all the time then its either wired wrong or  the brake switch is bad
