Motorcycle Repair: BRAKE BLEEDING, mity vac, hydraulic clutch

NEW SYSTEM, SYSTEM FULL, PRESSURE AT MASTER CYCLINDER, BANJO BOLTS TIGHT, DOUBLE CHECK VALVE SYSTEM CONNECTED TO CALIPER BLEED SCREW,HAVE LET MC SIT ALL NIGHT TO LET AIR RISE TO MASTER,HAVE TAPED BRAKE LINE TO GET AIR TO MOVE,STILL WILL NOT PUMP UP,ANY INSIGHT THAT YOU COULD TELL ME WOULD BE GREAT. I have had a few units that would not bleed out well.You may have to resort to a mity-vac bleeder pump at the caliper.The bleeder screw will need thread tape to keep the air from bypassing.Hook up the vac hose to the bleeder screw and pump the vac gun and draw the fluid down through the system keeping the master cyl full. This should help in bleeding the air out.The pump can be purchased at most auto parts stores for around 29.00. If you ever have to bleed out a hydraulic clutch you will love this tool.
