i have a little 47 cc bike it wont start i tryed everything i put gas in the starter it starts till the gas i porred ran out

I will try to answer your question. It sounds like the choke circuit on the carb or the pilot jet and circuit are not getting any fuel. If this is a scooter and its built in china the rubber used in the fuel and vacuum lines break down and won't even turn the fuel on at the petcock on the bottom of the fuel tank.
