88in ss motor i drove it about 5 miles parked it,then went to go restart it and it would not turn over. so check oil and it was boiling out the cap.what can be the problem?????

Its hard to answer the question without more info. What year is it? Whats it in? How may miles on engine? They are typically a dry sump engine and if the oil pump is not pulling the oil from the tank it may fill up but the engine fails to recieve lubrication and starves the needed fluids to keep it running without any damages and premature failure.I talked with a S&S tech who is an expert on these engines and he is not sure either without actually looking at it in a shop setting and testing engine components.
