Motorcycle Repair: Fork removal, cow bells, allen screw

QUESTION: I would like to powder my front end, and would like to know the easiest way to remove the front end. I am also wondering how I may stiffen the front end up, so I don't get the nose dive when I am shifting. I have a 2002 FLHTC

ANSWER: If you are refering to powdercoating which parts do you want to do? The whole forks?

QUESTION: I am just going to do the lowers after I looked at it, and the cow bells.

Answer
You have to first remove the wheel, brake calibers and fender. Next, drain the forks. On the underside of the forks there is a allen screw. remove the screw and the lower will slide off. It might be tight to pull off. Ten you can remove the cow bells
