Motorcycle Repair: 23in. front wheel, frame jig, stock wheel

im adding a 23in front wheel to my 01 electraglide police edition do i have to rake it if i do should i cut he neck or can i just use a raked triple tree? or can i stay stock and im wanting to use the stock back wheel

No, you dont have to rake it, but you will be raising the front end up 3 inches. The 23 inch will ride rougher than the stock wheel since its not as wide. If you cut the neck you have to have it welded on a frame jig so it will be straight. If you use the raked triple tree you have to remove the entire front end
