Motorcycle Repair: Tuning, fuelpak, vance hines

Question
I have a Hertigage Softail (2011) and have added the stage 1 air cleaner, Vance & Hines slipons with the V&H fuelpak and runs great. Yesterday I removed the baffels and reprogrammed the fuelpak for that application and it is running even better with no noticable loss of power thru the ranges. I would just like to get your opinion on this latest setup I made and make sure I will not be causing any harm to the bike. Thanks, Gary

Answer
Removing the baffles makes your pipes drag pipes, which will cause some loss of horses in midrange. You need a little back pressure on the exhaust system. You wont cause any harm as long as you are not running the bike lean.
Good luck and happy riding
