You are stuck with the forward mounting point, but you could add a small piece of metal to raise the back end a little. Otherwise, take it to an upholstery shop and have them add some foam and stitch up a new cover to fit.
Not a question that I have had to address before. It you are long-legged and too tall for the bike, perhaps the next sized up bike might fit you better. Try a 175 or 200 or 350.....
