AnswerThanks for the low ratings, moron. First, learn to read. Sell your Harley and buy a bicycle, because you are too stupid to own a motorcycle of any kind. If the bike doesn't have a modern piece of equipment like an alternator, then it has a DYNAMO, which is a retarded way of recharging a battery. Either way, When the engine runs, the battery voltage should go to about 14V. If it does not, it could be the regulator or the alternator OR DYNAMO.
