Motorcycle Repair: my 1985 honda 110 atc, honda 110, partslist

Question
hello,. I recently just took my carb off for cleaning and now when I drive it, its seems to have lost power when I try to turn the atc from a stop or moving slowly. Is there some thing you might possible know that could help me? Thank you for taking the time to read my email and hope to hear from you soon.

Answer
Jason, What kind of "cleaning" did you do with the carburetor?

Did you completely strip the carburetor apart and clean all the air and fuel passages?
Did you replace the o-ring inside the mating flange to the manifold?
Did you clean out the main jet holder cross-drilled holes?
Do you have the correct main jet for that application?
Is it all stock?
Did you replace the slide needle correctly inside the slide with the clip firmly in place?
Is the float level adjustable? If so, what did you set it at?

Are there other places for the intake manifold to leak? Gaskets or o-rings? Are the bolts all tight and secure?

Does it start easily and idle down properly?

Have adjusted the valves?

Does the spark advancer advance/retard properly against spring pressure?
