QUESTION: yes bike runs fine but gas milage dropped off after having rotor and stater changed was getting aruond 150 per tank baught bike in may changed plugs air filter [kn] resealed intake.lab scope used to look at wave forms freq. and voltages.

ANSWER: what kind of milage are you getting now? Changing the rotor, stator, plugs and air filter should not change your milage. Pull your plugs and let me know what color they are

Answer
What you need to do is start with the coil and plug wires and OHMs test them to make sure they are good. A weak coil will cause the problem you are having.
I am not goign to be able to tell yout he values for a lab scope, since I dont use one. If there was a problem with one o fht sensers you should have a check engine light come on
