Motorcycle Repair: 98 ultra classic, sensers, classic question

Question
QUESTION: hi mike, i put about 300miles on the bagger sat. everything seemed to be just fine then i noticed a slight back fire while cruizing along at about 75 i think it only happened 2 times but then about 45 min from home the motor got a little louder than normal kinda sounded like my push rods had loosened up. then everything was fine again then i lost oil pressure for a split second then went right back, then it died, now it won't start? i pulled off the air cleaner and it was pretty oily, i pulled the plugs front looked ok back appeared wet. changed plugs still won't start, what do you think ignition or fuel. the bike is injection

ANSWER: Are you getting spark? Did the check engine light come on? When you say the one plug was wet, do you mean wet from fuel or wet from oil?

QUESTION: good spark, no engine light, and it appears to be fuel on the plug. i just got it started but it sounds like its running on one cylinder and i gotta give it a little throttle or it will die. looks like alot of un burned fuel coming out the throttle body?

Answer
It sounds like there is a ECM programing problem or one of the sensers in cutting in and out. the problem is, which one. You would need to have a dianostic run on the bike or you would just be changing sensers out until you hit the correct one
Good luck and happy riding
