Motorcycle Repair: Sending unit, heritage softail, gas tank

How do I replace the sending unit in my gas tank? 2003 Heritage softail.

You need to remove the cover, with the speedo, off the tank. Under ity you will see a cover that has to be removed. Inside you will find the sending unit. Unplug it, remove it and install the new one. Make sure you replace the gasket as well
