Motorcycle Repair: harley rebuild, mount victory ohio, dark oil

my 1990 fxr is tapping after it gets hot and creates black oil quickly do i need a rebuild and where is your shop if i do or can i call for conference
i am in new orleans

Your tapping is probably from the lifters. Most motors will create dark oil pretty quickly. The things you need to look at, if you thinking rebuild, are compression, any loss of power and if the motor is smiking.
